Pho Bistro

Pho has been considered as the dish of Vietnam. At Pho Bistro, we could not agree more. Our pho broth is a four hour process. We use fresh, quality beef bones, whole sides of flank steak, traditional herbs, and vegetables to develop our savory broth. Our lengthy process and careful simmering methods develop a unique and authentic flavor. Pho consists of fresh rice noodles, thinly sliced cuts of eye round steak, flank, tendon and book tripe. Pho is served with fragrant basil leaves, bean sprouts, sliced jalapenos, and fresh squeezed lime.

However, our menu does not end there. We also offer a variety of other types of traditional dishes such as tasty appetizers, fresh sub-sandwiches, delicious rice and vermicelli dishes with grilled meats, flavorful stir-fry dishes. The Barn In Melissa Ribbon Cutting

Perin’s Tae Kwon Do Center

The Chamber celebrated the Grand Opening of Mike & Chris Perin’s Martial Arts Studio in Melissa on Wednesday, June 1 at 7 in the evening.  It was great fun for all who attended with the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, some great refreshments, and then we were all treated to martial arts demonstrations, including board breaking!

Melissa Community Outreach Ribbon Cutting

Melissa Community Outreach, formerly The Melissa Food Pantry, has joined the Melissa Area Chamber of Commerce!  The Chamber welcomed Outreach with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Tuesday, February 8.  Melissa Community Outreach is a local program of Lost Orphans International that provides food, clothing, and linens to families who have found themselves in crisis.  

  You may make your donations Monday or Thursday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.   Physical location is 3407 Hwy 5 in Melissa.  The Outreach is run by Micki Jobson, Bill Farmer, and many wonderful volunteers!
